Live interactions are objects that your audience can interact with when viewing your presentation. Use live interactions to keep your audience engaged, drive decision-making, and capture stakeholder feedback, so you and your team can move forward productively.

Live interactions are visible to everyone viewing the presentation. As your audience uses the live interaction, results display in real time and are retained so you can reference them after your presentation ends. You can add as many widgets to a slide as you want and reposition them like any other object.

Add live interactions to a slide

To add a live interaction to a slide:

1. Click Live interactions in the toolbar.
2. Select the interaction you’d like to add.
3. Click on the slide to add the interaction.
4. Add your content to the interaction’s text fields.
5. Style the interaction using the options in the right sidebar.

Use live interactions

To use live interactions, audience members must be logged in to their Figma account and have at least can view access to the slide deck.

Live interactions cannot be used when viewing the slide deck in the Figma Slides editor. Copy the presentation link and share it with your audience.

Live interaction types

Poll

Use the poll interaction to ask your audience a question, hold a vote, or gather feedback. You can choose to hide results until all votes are in and revel them once voting is done.

Stamps

Use the stamps interaction to quickly gauge how your audience is feeling. When an audience member adds their stamp, their avatar is added to the face pile.

Alignment

Use the alignment interaction to get your team's unbiased opinions through anonymous voting. Results are hidden until voting is done.
