If your sidebar contains ‘All projects’ If your sidebar contains ‘All teams’ or ‘All workspaces’

To check which plan you’re on, navigate to the file browser. In the sidebar, you should see either:

  • All projects
  • All teams
  • All workspaces

Tip: Admins with control over billing can see their plan from admin settings.

  1. From the file browser, click  Admin in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Look for mentions of Professional, Organization, or Enterprise. This is your plan.

If your sidebar contains ‘All projects’

If you see All projects in your sidebar, you’re on either the free Starter plan, Education plan, or paid Professional plan. Click on All projects.

A team on the paid Professional plan will have a label next to the team name that says ‘Professional’.

Screenshot of the Figma file browser showing the left sidebar with 'All projects' selected. The right pane displays the 'Acme team' with the 'Professional' label next to it, indicating the team’s paid status.

If your team doesn't have this label, scroll all the way to the bottom of the projects page. A team using the Education plan will have a banner at the bottom that says, "This team is for Education users only. New users will be required to verify their Education status."

If your team doesn’t have the above label or banner,  you are on the Starter plan.

If your sidebar contains ‘All teams’ or ‘All workspaces’

Comparison of two Figma file browser sidebars. The left sidebar shows an 'All teams' option, while the right sidebar shows 'All workspaces' in the same location.

If you see All teams in your sidebar, you’re on either the Organization or Enterprise plans.

If you see All workspaces in your sidebar, you’re on the Enterprise plan. The Enterprise plan has an additional, optional layer of structure, called workspaces. Workspaces are collections of teams.

Tip: If you’ve joined multiple plans, you can also click the team or organization name in the file browser sidebar to see which plan each team or organization is on.

A screenshot of the left sidebar of the file browser showing a user clicking on their current plan. This opens a dropdown menu listing all plans they’re logged into. Each plan in the menu has a tag indicating its type, like 'Org' or 'Pro'.
