Figma Buzz was released in open beta at Config 2025. It is currently available on all plans and seat types. Learn more about what’s included in the beta.

Who can use this feature

Who can use this feature

While in beta:

Figma Buzz is free for everyone.

Publishing templates is available on all paid plans. Professional teams can create five team templates.

Once Figma Buzz is out of beta, it will be included on the Full, Dev, and Content seats, in addition to our free Starter plan. We’ll notify you before that happens.

You can add, move, and delete assets in your Figma Buzz file. You can also create asset rows to help organize your work.

Add, duplicate, and delete assets

Add a new asset

When you create a new Figma Buzz file, you’ll see the template picker and options to start from a blank asset. Once you have an asset on your canvas, you can:

  • In Asset view, click New asset in the left sidebar to choose a new blank asset format or a template
  • In Asset view, click to add another asset using the same dimensions as the last selected asset
  • In Grid view, click the icon next to an asset to add a new asset of the same size

Duplicate an asset

  1. Select the asset you want to duplicate.
  2. Right-click and select Duplicate or use the keyboard shortcut:
    • Mac: Command D
    • Windows: Control D

The new asset is added after the duplicated asset.

Delete a asset

To delete an asset, select the asset you want to delete and press Delete / Backspace.

Organize your assets

Group assets by row

You can group assets by adding them to rows. This is useful for organizing assets by channel, size, or theme. Rows wrap to the next line below after 12 assets.

Asset view

  1. Select the asset in the left sidebar.
  2. Drag the selected asset under another asset row to nest it. An indented blue line appears, indicating that the asset will be added to the row.

Grid view

  1. Select the asset on the canvas.
  2. Drag the selected asset next to another asset to add it to a group.

Reorder assets

There are two ways to change the order of assets:

To organize assets in asset view:

  1. In the left sidebar, select the asset you’d like to move.
  2. Drag the asset up or down to reorder it.

To organize assets in grid view:

  1. Select the asset you’d like to move.
  2. Drag the asset to reorder it. If the asset is part of a row, you can drag it left or right to reorder it within the row.
