Snap’s Lens Studio is an AR-first developer platform enabling hobbyists to professional development teams to build rich AR experiences (Lenses), with zero setup time.

You can use Lens Studio for:

• Building AR experiences (Lenses) for Snapchat
• Your mobile and web applications (Camera Kit SDK)
• Spectacles

The Figma and Lens Studio integration allows you to import your Figma designs into ready-to-use Lens Studio AR projects. Imported elements maintain the same dimensions as designed in Figma, ensuring a dynamic and responsive integration.

Install the Figma Plugin in Lens Studio

1. In Lens Studio, go to the Asset Library and then choose the Plugin category.

2. Locate the Figma Importer Plugin and click on it to install.
3. Access the Figma Plugin panel by navigating to Window and then selecting Figma Importer.

Connect Figma and Lens Studio

1. Click on the Authentication button to start the process.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the authentication.

Import your Figma file

1. Once authentication is complete, the plugin will switch to the post-authentication panel.
2. In Figma, select the frame that you want to import.
3. Click Share in the right sidebar.
4. Click Copy link.
5. In Lens Studio, paste the Figma frame URL into the input box in the plugin.
6. Click the Import button to start importing it.

Disconnect your Figma account

If you want to change the Figma account associated with Lens Studio, or disconnect your account entirely, you can disconnect Lens Studio from your Figma account.

You can do this from your account settings in Figma:

1. Login to your Figma account and open the file browser.
2. Select on your name in the top-left corner and select the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to the Connected Apps section.
4. Click Revoke access next to the Lens Studio integration.
