FigJam files can contain multiple pages, giving you more space to explore.

Each page has a board where you arrange your sections and objects like stickies and diagrams. There is no limit to the amount of pages you can create in a FigJam file.

Use pages to:

• Create individual spaces for activities between working groups or individuals
• Separate work streams between pages
• Organize recurring meetings held in FigJam between pages to reduce board sizes and loading times
• Create divider pages to add distinction between pages or use emojis to communicate purpose and status

Pages give you an extra layer of organization within your files. Here are some things to consider when it comes to structuring your boards:

• Templates: can be published with multiple pages
• Cursor chat, voting sessions, and AI features: are tied to the page it started on and don’t show up when you switch to a different page

View pages

Access pages when you view a board in FigJam. You can view, create, and manage pages by clicking the icon in the left sidebar.

1. To open the page list, click the current page name or Add pages.
2. Select a page in the page list to view that page.

Add a new page

To add a page:

1. Click in the left sidebar.
2. Give the new page a name, then press Return / Enter.

Duplicate pages

To duplicate a page:

1. Find the page you want to duplicate in the page list.
2. Right-click the page and select Duplicate page.

Duplicating a page will also duplicate any content on its board. You can also duplicate divider pages.

Manage pages

Rename pages

There are a few ways to rename a page:

• Right-click the page and select Rename page, update the page name, then click outside of the page list to apply
• Double-click the page name, update the page name, then click outside of the page list to apply
• Select multiple pages and rename them in bulk

Delete pages

1. Find page you want to delete in the page list.
2. Right-click the page and select Delete page.

Deleting a page also deletes all of the content on its board.

Reorder pages

Change the order that your pages appear in your page list.

1. Click and hold on a page to select it.
2. Drag it up or down to change the page order.
3. Release to apply.

Move objects and sections between pages

To move objects between pages:

1. Select the objects you’d like to move.
2. Right-click the selection and select Move to page > select the page.

Figma will move the objects to the same area of the board on the selected page.

Share pages

To share the link to a page:

1. Click the page name or icon in the left sidebar.
2. Right-click the name of the page you want to share.
3. Select Copy link to page.

Best practices

There are many ways to organize your FigJam files and the content on your boards. While sections in FigJam are great for organizing content on a board, pages enable you to add a higher level of organization to the entire file.
