What: Use the Figma desktop app to download your debug logs.
Why: When you contact Figma support, you may be asked to send over a copy of your debug logs to assist us with troubleshooting your issue. These logs provide extra context to help us recreate the issue.

Download debug logs on macOS
- With the desktop app open, click Help in the menu bar.
- Hover over Troubleshooting, and click Save Debug Info.
- Choose a location to download the debug log.
- Click Save.

- With the desktop app open, click Help in the taskbar.
- Hover over Troubleshooting, and click Save Debug Info.
- Choose a location to download the debug log.
- Click Save.
