Who can use this feature

Supported on any team or plan.

Only a team admin can manage a team's Community profile

Only an organization admin can manage an organization's Community profile

If you are an admin of a team or organization, you can create a Community profile for that team or organization. This lets you update the Community profile for your team or organization and manage which resources are published to that profile.

Note: Organization admins can save Community plugins and widgets for everyone in an organization. This doesn’t require a Community profile. Learn more about saving plugins and widgets for an organization →

Create your Community profile

Every Community profile has a unique profile handle, which is used to identify each creator in the Community.

You can use up to 15 alphanumeric characters in your profile handle, including underscores. If the handle is not available, you’ll be prompted to choose another. You can change your profile handle at any time.

Tip: In some cases, you may be able to claim a profile handle that’s in use on an inactive account. To inquire about claiming a handle, contact Figma Support.

Some Community actions are only available on specific profile types. This is something to take into account when deciding what kind of profile to create. Learn more about Community publishing permissions →
