You can request an automatic refund within 24 hours of purchasing a resource that was sold with a one-time payment.

Plugin subscriptions are not refundable but you can cancel the subscription to prevent it from being automatically renewed. When you cancel a subscription, you can still access the plugin until the end of the current billing cycle. Learn more about managing plugin subscriptions →

Request a refund within 24 hours

1. From the file browser, click your avatar in the top-left corner.
2. Select Settings from the account menu.
3. Select the Community tab.
4. Under Community purchases, locate the resource you want to refund.
5. From the options dropdown, select Request refund.

5. Select a reason for requesting the refund.
6. Click Confirm.

Refunds take five to ten business days to appear on your account.

Request a refund after 24 hours

You may request a refund after the 24 hour window has closed. However, requests made after 24 hours are subject to Figma's discretion.

1. From the file browser, click your avatar in the top-left corner.
2. Select Settings from the account menu.
3. Select the Community tab.
4. Under Community purchases, locate the resource you want to refund.
5. From the options dropdown, select Get support.
6. Under request type, select Request a refund.
7. Fill out the remaining fields.
8. Click Send.

If your refund request is approved, you’ll receive the refunded amount in five to ten business days. If your request was denied, you will be notified by email.
